        Linear Thinker

     plans out every detail
     carefully studies each segment before starting
     process and order is important
     being creative is often a challenge

         Global Thinker

     after deciding what the ultimate goals are they
            begin and deal with any issues along the way
     each skill is dealt with individually as part of a
            larger plan
     each area fits together like a jigsaw puzzle
      being sequential is often a challenge
